PPL's Digital Platform is hosted in our ISO27001 compliant UK datacentres. We look after the hosting, support and maintenance as part of your contract with us, meaning less pressure on your own IT infrastructure and resource.
We offer the following support as standard:
- 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) support desk, contactable via phone or email.
- Online portal available 24/7 for raising support tickets and tracking progress
- Monthly meetings with your Account Manager
PPL see our projects as partnerships – the continued success of your site is important to us.
Following go-live of your Standard or Premium website, you will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager who will meet with you on a monthly basis to:
- Review site performance
- Discuss any desired development
- Update you on new developments from other PPL clients
- Discuss PPL’s Product Roadmap, making you aware of enhancements and new features
- Work with you on a 12 month plan for your site, ensuring you are getting the most out of it and seeing continuous improvement
