If you have challenges in this area, we can configure our software to your specific requirements, enabling you to move on from creaking spreadsheets, manual processes and systems that were never intended for the purpose.
If you are a provider organisation that already has, or is interested in establishing an 'Individual Service Fund' (ISF) proposition, we have collaborated with the social enterprise Self Directed Futures to create ISF Wallet. ISF Wallet brings together Self Directed Futures' passion & expertise in relation to ISFs and our Virtual Wallet solution to offer a simple & low-cost solution with no investment or risk.
We already have integration with many other systems used across the sector and an open approach to collaboration and APIs.

We are creating a national network of information & advice organisations that complements our Virtual Wallet offering, enabling people to have true choice and control over who supports them to build their support plan or employ a personal assistant.
